1.  Unique gear wheel and ring driving, which make the dryer drum drive exactly and avoid skidding, completely overcome the drum vibration. Nearby the burner flame, the special screw blades are reversed to install, which reduce the heat energy loss. The computer automatically controls the lubrication of four supporting rollers, reducing friction, extending the use life.

2.  It can equip the specialized burner used for Bernardi asphalt mixing plant. The design of this burner belongs to the intellectual property rights of Bernardi itself. It has independent frequency conversion wind blowing system, enhances the accuracy of wind oil ration, synchronously can flexibly adjust flame shape, which make the burning more sufficiently. During the same specific products, its oil consumption is the lowest and can be applicable for every kind of oil and natural gas, no need to replace parts. Special oil spraying disc structure can stabilize the burner flame, which avoids the drum flame area damage caused by part over temperature, also guarantees the equality of aggregate heating temperature. 

3.  Green environment protection design, low noise, without pollution, qualified dust discharging concentration. The bag dust catcher is equipped with over-temperature protection device, which can effectively protect the filtering bags; it also can make use of air pressure difference to automatically clean those bags. The wind drawing fan is equipped with big power driving motor, and can be applicable for the internal situation that there is high proportion powder in the stone material. The opening size of wind door can be automatically adjusted according to the minus pressure value of dryer drum, which reduces the working intensity of operating personnel.
