1.Material supply machine

Modularization design, easy transportation, continuous belt weighing, electromagnetic timing, material bin board connection, proof board bolt connection, can be exchanged realizing two sides material supply, equipped with many anti-deflection measures; also equipped with cleaning device and material scraping device, avoid belt internal and external adhesive material.

2.Vertical filler silo

35M3 vertical filler silo, equipped with material measuring device, top-silo dust catcher and air force agglomeration exploding device.

3.Mixing mainframe

The mainframe adopts double shaft compulsory continuous and well-proportioned mixing, no-scaleboard technique reducing blade abrasion; the mixing blade adopt special wearable material with a long using life; water spraying machine can sprinkle the water equably on the material and can realize well mixing; equipped with emergency stop switch, when there is urgency accident or cleaning the mixer, insure the safety of workers and equipment, the special mixer cleaning tool and mixer structure are convenient for cleaning, outside bearing without mud and protect the bearing;

4.Mixture conveying

The conveying belt is connecting with the material receiving device, avoid material leaking when discharging the mixture out of the mixer; the belt pressing wheel can be adjusted, which make the conveying belt arch well; folding structure is convenient for transportation; equipped with many anti-deflection measures, also equipped with cleaning device and material scraping device, avoid belt internal and external adhesive material.
